With ALL due respect = Quidate, muchacha!

En Serio, I have sat (on more that one occassion) on the beach at La Pearla's on Playa La Ropa, and literally WATCHED as lovely innocent vacationers like yourself have met a disasterous end to a "quite cool" parasailing gig (aka: SEVERE HOSPITALIZATION!) En Serio!

#1 = NONE of those 'businesses' are 'licensed' with any skills or (OSHA-esque) requirements whatsoever! They are simply local 'beach-boys' with a boat; with a few bucks for gas; and a free parasail from whatever Beer Consession is presently working that resort (Corona, Sol, etc).

#2 = 'Wind changes' (like winds everywhere) happen in a heartbeat. And those beachboy 'captains' (God Bless them) are regularly faced with those 'changing conditions'; conditions (quite frankly) that they are rarely capable of responding to in a "Safe-n-Secure" manner (with historically dangerous results)!

#3 = Yes! It looks like a real 'pimp'; a real 'gas'; but sizzda, you certainly take your life into your own hands with those 'kids', which (IMHO) ain't even worth the price of admission! Depending upon the winds of that day/afternoon, its a REAL crap-shoot!

#4 = In the advent of ALL the numerous 'accidents' and (sometimes severe) casualties resulting from parasail disasters on La Ropa, there has NEVER been a 'prosecution', or even a 'cessation of services' of ANY of these "beach service-businesses" = NONE!

#5 = Vaya con Diso, siempre, Muchacha!
