Hola S2B!

Yes, don Simón is still around. You can usually find him going from place to place along Playa La Ropa asking people if they want a massage. But most people usually just ignore him taking him for a beggar (he looks pretty good for about a 100 year-old man if you ask me!). I see him at La Perla just about every time I go there. I guess he just starts at one end of the beach and works his way up and down it during the day stopping by the restaurants and hotels. He is a little hard of hearing and doesn't speak any English, so you'll need to speak to him loudly and clearly in Spanish or get someone to interpret for you. But he's taken good care of thousands of visitors' aches and pains over the years, so I don't imagine language will be too much of a barrier.

And regarding our limones, yes, they are the same citrus fruit called a key lime in Florida. Absolutely no difference that I can distinguish.
