RETURNED FROM THE QUALTON 3/1/01. WE HAD A GOOD TIME. THE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT THAT GREAT, BUT, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. BREAKFAST WAS REAL GOOD. WE USUALLY ATE LUNCH AT THE SNACK BAR. WE WERE NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE DINNERS...ESPECIALLY THE ALA CARTE MONDAY AND THURSDAY DINNER. WE GOT A GREAT DEAL ON OUR VACATION. BE SURE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE WATER SPORTS. KAYAKING TO IXTAPA ISLAND AND SNORKELING WAS FUN AND FREE. WE SPENT ALOT OF TIME IN ZIHUA, WE LOVED IT THERE. I WOULD STAY AT THE QUALTON AGAIN...FOR THE SAME PRICE. THE GROUNDS ARE IMMACULATE, EXCEPT FOR THE BEACH, BUT WE DID NOT SPEND ENOUGH TIME ON THE RESORT BEACH TO CARE. IF YOU GET A CHANCE, GO TO PLAYA LAS GATAS...VERY NICE BEACH. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE "KAMIKAZE PELICANS" IN THE EVENING....THERE ARE HUNDREDS DIVING OVER BY THE FERRY PIER(PLAYA LINDA) WAY COOL!!!!HAVE FUN, I WILL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY OTHER QUESTIONS!!!!
