I am staying at a nice condo near La Ropa through Paradise Properties in Feb. They require 100% prepayment and large damage deposit for the entire week - 2 weeks before we arrive (check must be sent to a US account). Is this normal, standard procedure/policy? Is this safe if we're not satisfied with what the property proports to be? Any feedback appreciated!
