If you are driving - and even if not -there is a wonderful hotel on the outskirts of town called the Loma Linda. Far from the nightly cacaphony of dogs, burros and roosters, this place has room with cupolas that let in the most lovely amber light in the morning, and if morning isn't nice enought there you can go out on your deck with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the stream with a small finca below. Breakfast can be ordered at the little tienda just to the left (if you're looking out the entrance toward the road) of the entrance of the Loma Linda they will bring it to your room and set it up on the balcony for you. They also have a pool and parking.

There is also a great little pozoleria on the corner of the square to the right of the entrance of the church if you are standing looking out the church door. You have to go down some stairs but the food is good, and cheap lots of locals there.
