With those three requirements, it sounds to me like you are looking for Casa Delfin Sonriente or Las Tejas.
The vast majority of places in Troncones don't have air conditioning. Having air conditioning in tropical areas often results in people repeatedly going from warm moist air to cold dry air. This results in increased colds. It also results in the outside heat feeling hotter because the body doesn't really get a chance to adjust to the warm moist air.
Many places also don't have swimming pools. Most swimming pools are fresh water and require both constant addition of water and constant adjusting of chemicals to keep them sanitary. Remember as well that swimming pools in the tropics are often not the cool pools that we anticipate. Pools absorb heat from the sun all day resulting in the water often being quite warm. For some people, this is a pleasure while other people are looking for a dip in cool water. With the cooling, sanitary ocean only steps away, many people prefer to swim there.
This is not to imply in any way that any of the pools in Troncones are not sanitary or that they do not provide an added benefit. Rather it is to point out that providing and maintaining a desirable swimming pool is a considerable commitment by an operator.
