I saw the Intrawest development being built and 'growing up' on the other end of La Ropa...it is my understanding that there will be a timeshare property ready soon on Zihuatanejo Bay. I do not think that this same corporation would be buying up even more land, at the other end of the beach, and up on the headland, though I could be mistaken...
