La Casa Que Ve El Mar tips.

This is our first stay here and we were 3 days at #504, and our last seven days are at #503. So as far as any information about the units themselves, can only speak to our experience pertaining to these two. Saying that, here goes:
- Infinity Pools are great!
- Long and steep drive up the hill. Easy to flag a taxi at the bottom of the drive; street level. In fact, they are likely to honk at you (politely) to see if you need their services. $3 or 30 pesos for taxi to downtown Zihuatanejo.
- Fairly easy, but steep down hill walk to La Ropa with a $20 massage waiting for you at the beach just to the right of the Crafts Market and in front of the new pool under construction at the Villa Mexicana Hotel(?).
- Friendly non-English speaking security guards (24 hours) at the front gate midway up the drive.
- Excellent maid service!
- Washer and dryer in unit. They are supposed to provide laundry soap. Bath soap and shampoo provided.
- Good A/C and fans in units, but maid shuts them off after doing the room. BTW, tip envelope for maid in unit: $1 day suggested by owners.
- Purified water in units. Decent water pressure overall.
- Grounds are kept immaculate.
- Anti itch spray for possible bug bites may be wanted. Very few bugs in units!!!
- Renting a car not necessary. Good bus and taxi service. Taxi will bring you to top of drive, so you do not have to walk up the hill from the street.
- Gorgeous view of the bay. Spectacular sunset viewing!
- Ice cube trays or ice maker in units.
- Good TV reception and programming. Fox for World Series, as an example.
- Very firm mattresses. Good for me, too hard for wife, but hasn't kept her from sleeping.
- Non-smoking grounds!
- If in unit higher than 4th, have to walk at least one outside story of steps before getting to elevator.

This is all I can think of right now. Hope it all helps!
