Don't know about the 2 cats from hell (?), but I agree that Deb and Alex are nice, fun people with a very cute little hotel and you will be in excellent hands. Their love and appreciation for Zihuatanejo is infectious and they have accumulated a lot of good local knowledge to be able to steer you in the right direction should you need help finding anything.
