We spent the evening near the church in Centro enjoying the festivities including the performances of several dance groups.
The last group we saw were dressed in costumes made from sacking and wearing fanciful fierce animal masks. The jaguar in particular was delightful.
Can anyone tell me anything about this group, where they are from and what the dance and costumes signify?
