Also, DITTO on the washer and dryer (IMHO), as Hecho en MX washers VERY often say "stainless steel" washing tubs, BUT in fact, have a "history" of downline rusting (around the drain 'holes'), hence RUINING valued clothing with those fricken impossible-to-remove rust stains! I brought down classic Maytag gear ('Neptune' series), with an electric washer, BUT, a gas dryer..... Gas dryer should be accompanied by a (manufacturer-supplied) natural gas/propane "nipple" conversion kit.... for your Mexican propane gas lines.
