 Abel & Julia - Fine sterling silver from Taxco. They have a very extensive selection of some of the most beautiful designs. They will also custom design jewelry to your specifications. Find their large store on Calle Nicolás Bravo #9 in Zihuatanejo. They also have a store located in the second block of Calle Cuauhtémoc between Calle Pedro Ascencio y Calle Nicolás Bravo.

Boutique Sunset   Boutique Sunset (formerly Lupita's Boutique) - Beach clothing, hats and accessories for men and women, handmade jewelry and souvenirs.   Café Caracol - Delicious fresh-roasted whole bean and ground coffee from Atoyac, Guerrero. They also sell whole vanilla beans and extract, fresh honey (including agave honey), scented beeswax candles, plain and decorated Mexican shopping bags, and coffee liqueurs. Located in the first block of downtown Zihuatanejo on the corner of Juan N. Álvarez and Vicente Guerrero streets.

  Café Zihuatanejo - (formerly Ixtapa Coffee) Exportation quality organically-grown coffee cultivated locally in the Sierra Madre del Sur not far from Ixtapa by Juanita Sánchez and Darío Galeana on their plantation.   Fruity Keiko - A gift shop and gallery in downtown Zihuatanejo and in Troncones featuring unique Mexican handcrafts including Talavera ceramics, niche boxes, hand-woven pillows from Chiapas, wrought iron candle holders, hand-dipped candles, designer jewelry, and many one-of-a-kind items.  La Casa Marina - A collection of fine family-run shops under one roof. El Embarcadero specializes in hand-woven indigenous & casual cotton clothing. At La Zapoteca you'll find beautiful handmade rugs and hammocks. Manos has handmade tablecloths, pottery, and ponchos as well as fine silver. Costa Libre offers beautiful sarongs (pareos) and beachwear. El Jumil - Tienda de Máscaras has a great collection of handcarved masks and other handcrafts made here in our state of Guerrero. At Cafe Marina you'll find great pizza as well as other delicious dishes, ice-cold beer, and Zihuatanejo's biggest collection of used books in English to buy or trade. At El Cafecito you'll find delicious pastries, juices and coffees. All located on the waterfront in town next to the main plaza beside the basketball court in front of the fishermen's area. This family, carrying on a tradition begun by their mother here, also forms our local version of a humane society with their Sociedad Protectora de Animales de Zihuatanejo, A.C.  Bodega Aurrerá - Grocery supermarket. Located at Paseo de Zihuatanejo Poniente #25-27 between the Presidencia Municipal and the Unidad Deportiva.
 Coppel - National chain with a little bit of everything from furniture to appliances to clothing to electronics to tires to bicycles and sporting goods. Located in downtown Zihuatanejo with two stores: one on Avenida Morelos #118 next to the post office and the other on Avenida Benito Juárez #10.
 Elektra - A home appliance and furniture store with a large selection of TV's, stereos, entertainment centers, washers, dryers, computers, and mobile communications equipment. They offer excellent credit terms and payment plans. They also provide Western Union services, banking services, and sell affordable insurance plans. Find them across from the Plaza Libertad de Expresión at the intersection of Avenida Morelos and Calle Benito Juarez in downtown Zihuatanejo.
 MEGA Soriana - A nationwide chain of mega-supermarkets with a wide selection of everything from groceries to clothing to appliances. We have an excellent one here in Zihuatanejo with a terrific Mexican-style deli. They are located on Avenida La Boquita behind the Central de Autobuses. Be warned that their A/C is icy cold!
 Merza - Discount grocery supermarket with 2 locations in downtown Zihuatanejo: one on Calle Los Cocos 17-B on the corner with Calle Tamarindo and the other on Calle Catalina González #7, and in Ixtapa at Los Patios Shopping Center, Boulevard Ixtapa.
 Mueblerías del Centro - Everything for making your house a home. Locations in Zihuatanejo, Petatlán and Técpan.

 Tequila Por Favor - Zihuatanejo's oldest liquor store, open since 1961, offering an amazing variety of tequila as well as other fine spirits, and also featuring Zihuatanejo's finest selection of Cuban and Mexican cigars available in their walk-in humidor.
