Collective Shuttle vs Private Taxi

I checked Rob's info. We recall having to purchase a ticket for a private taxi, but don't remember seeing anything about the Collective Shuttle. How do we get it?
Does the Collective Shuttle drop you off at some central location, or take you to your destination? (We're staying at a place not far from Plaza Kioto).

(Personally, I'd schlep our bags over to Andy's store and grab the Aeropuerto combi, but She Who Must Be Obeyed says "No way".)

So, is this the first time in all these years visiting my website almost daily that you've even looked at the Airport Taxi page and noticed there was Colectivo service? Really?
