11-25 Snorkel/Fishing report

We went to Manzanillo - Water is cooler, and wasn't real clear, but O.K. for snorkeling. Saw tons of the usual suspects big schools of machines and anchovies, but no turtles nor that big green eel. I did hear squeeking sounds. At first, I was alarmed as I have a slight chest cold and thought that was my breathing - that I was wheezing. But no, I held my breath and it was still there - Whales jibber-jabbering! Bienvenidos! We didn't see any whales, but it's fun to hear them. Then we tooled around in front of Playa Larga, then on the way back home near Manzanillo again, caught a HUGE sierra! And halfway between Manzanillo and the lighthouse, we caught another - they were jumping out of the water like dorados do! We also caught the red sunset! An awesome day!
