We are wanting to get a VPN that will work with our Telmex modem. Many won't. Looking for someone who has had success using one. Thanks!

We brought a router from the USA and use EXPRESS VPN on that router. We first bought a local router that worked with Express VPN but all the instructions were in Spanish. The first time set up we took our time and after a couple of hours got it to work. But there was a problem and the router had to be reset. No patience to do it again so we changed routers to one that is in english.....

We have used TrustZone for over 5 years and have had no problems at all with our TelMex equipment.

Look at Sabai Technology online or call them. They will send a router with the Strong VPN pre-loaded. It is plug and play! Your ip address becomes a US address.

We have used it for 10 years in Mexico. We subscribe to HULU, Netflix, Prime, etc. Football!!

I use Surfshark without any issues. We have a Telmex modem with fiber optic line.

Same. I have an AC3200 running the ExpressVPN software. It seems to be a little too sensitive to network hiccups so I'm oftentimes tweaking things to get it to work.

One thing I have learned is that streaming services have somehow managed to combine the most annoying aspects of both cable and antenna TV.

I forgot to note that we used the Sabai Technology router with Strong VPN preloaded for 2 years in Zihuatanejo with TelMex fiber optic. No glitches or need to tweak anything. Plug and play. Every device in your house with wifi will be on the Strong VPN network unless you choose to get on the Infinitium network.

I checked out the Sabai Technology website & don’t see “Strong VPN” mentioned with any of the options. Which option do you have?

I'm glad you asked! You have to contract with Strong separately. It's $75/yr for their service which includes tech service if needed. Sabai will sell you the router and will configure the Strong VPN on it for you. I have their Netgear Nighthawk. It worked fine for 2 years in Zihuatanejo with TelMex fiber optic. I paid 389 Pesos /month for 30 mbps which actually ran at 45-50 with the fiber optic service. You call call Sabai. It's a small company. You will probably talk to Ruth. She's helped me for the last 10 years. She has the patience of Job.

I checked the website you can shop Strong VPN on Sabai's website. Scroll to the bottom and you will see "shop Strong".
