delivery address service?

Yes, I get pick stuff up at both all the time because I do not have a street address. They are within walking distance of each other and apparently there is a good small restaurant behind DHL.

1.5km is a little impractical for me to park at one and walk to the other.

I'm getting conflicting information. Last week my son went into the DHL office (the number listed on the services page here is not working) to ask that very question and was told "no, we don't do that". Obviously if there is an issue with delivery--like you are not there to sign--and the driver has to return it, then yes, they will have you come in and pick it up, but as a regular service, no.

So, now I have two questions. Does DHL provide a receiving service or not? Does anyone?
