Where can I buy a birthday card for a local 12 year old? Thank you.

You really can't. We saw a person draw one in the sand this morning, photograph it and send it to her grandaughter as a birthday card.

Any PAPELERÍA should have them.

In the past we have scoured this town for greeting cards and finally found a couple of blank, generic, ugly ones at a papeleria across from the mercado.
Make your own!

There is an party/event store on the same road as the bomberos but across the street. It is across from the coffee place BOXHA, the teal painted coffee shop. They had different types of cards etc. I got one a couple weeks ago for a friend who was celebrating a birthday. Not sure about age specific cards but you could try there
