Public walkways in Centro

The underground wiring of the area's public lighting system is being replaced as part of this "beautification" project. Thus, lampposts are being knocked down and provisional lighting installed. Workers on-site have heard no talk of water/sewage renewal, not at the moment anyway. Perhaps they´ll wait until next "high season" to do that job.
