Velcro for Keen Sandals

Does anyone know where I can get my Keen Sandals fixed? The velcro strap is not sticking anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

Downtown in centro there are shoe repair stores. I don't know the street sorry.

There used to be a couple of repair shops on Catalina Gonzalez, near Vicente Guerrero.

There is one on the north side of Vicente Guerrero just west of Antonio Nava. He fixed my sandal and didn't want to charge me. I stuffed a $50 peso note in his hand.

(I am giving directions as if the bay to the west of Centro Zihua. In reality, Playa Principal faces south so the location directions should really be "on the west side of Vicente Guerrero just south of Antonio Nava." However, I just can't get myself oriented to think that the ocean is to the south. My bad.)

You could try Mario’s Leather Shop.

As described above. Walk up Vincente Guerrero, turn left on Catalina Gonzalez and about 50 meters in on the far side of the road is a blue painted store. "El Rapido" reparation de Calzado.
He made exactly the same velcro repair on my Tevas a few years back. Opens at 8.00am. Just had him do other work this week. Ready next day.

We can vouch for El Rapido as we've been going there for many years.

Thanks for your help. I will go there in the next day or two.

Pabel repaired a pair of 10 year old Keens for me in 2018. They are still going strong!
