La Ropa Construction

Does anyone know what is beginning to be built next to Las Adelitas in La Ropa? Looks very suspicious based on the shape of the foundation? I hope my first thought is wrong..

I asked waiter Roberto last week and he said a cistern. Obviously not, but Maria was too busy to bother.

What are you concerned that it may be?

To me the foundation in the center looks to be similar to that of a Petrol station where two pumps would be installed. I hope your information has a good chance of being correct and my guess is wrong.

For several reasons, including the cost of a Pemex franchise, your worries are for naught.
