A neighbor had Botox injections reccently and was very pleased. She went to Ocean View Medical just past the downtown pickle ball courts.

Agreed! (For Botox / Dysport) Dr.Yair Morelos at Ocean Medical Center in centro is fantastic. Lovely office, excellent credentials, brand name product (I was invited to take a photo and he opened the seal in front of me) thorough and professional assessment and he speaks English which is helpful. 
I had great results and did not need a touch up.

I had Dysport and there was a special running at the time - it was $95 pesos a unit. Not sure what the regular price is. It was a significant savings for me.
