Are the prices at all the pharmacies the same, or can you find them cheaper at other ones? It is hard to get a prescription for painkillers in the US as all the doctors think you're going to get addicted. Just looking for some Tramadol as a pain reliever.

Many (most? all?) packages of drugs sold in Mexico....at least the over-the-counter ones....have a price on the package end, presumably from a government regulator, indicating the maximum allowable retail price. Invariably, that maximum allowable price is much higher than the actual sale price.
(This also includes all the generics sold by Farmacia Similares.)
For example, an ointment I recently purchased had a government-established maximum of 71 pesos. At Similares, I paid 24 pesos, raising the question of the usefulness of the government maximums.

Since tramadol is considered a opioid would you need to obtain a prescription from a doctor in Zihuatanejo? If so, what doctor located in Zihuatanejo would help with this prescription?

Antibiotics are the only thing you need a prescription for.
