Is Celso still at the Catalina?

Hi all, After last year's surprise that Xavier was no longer at the Catalina, I am wondering if Celso is still there? We are supposed to arrive later this month, but confirming the room rate just now seems to be somewhat of a bait and switch. We have been going to the Catalina for many years, and aren't pleased with some of the changes.

Yes he is, he mentioned that he is planning to retire in a bit over a year.
