leaking water into our property
For over 2 years I've tried politely and aggressively with letters through Google Translate to have the neighbours fix a pipe leak that flows into our patio from their roof. I can't get any decent use of the patio because it and they don't care, they say they rent, and the owner who is also a neighbour says it's not her. The flow is more frequent now and heavier. Does anyone know if there is a place I can go to for help?

Just maybe?? They really hate water leaks, call the number on your bill, report it. When they come out ask them what should be done.
Water waste is more of an issue this year than ever.
Is it possible that it is the condensate from their AC? If so, just pay to have it piped to the ground. We had ours run into the sewer line, so no wet spots.

By wasting water, your neighbor is in violation of the law and will be fined. Report them to CAPAZ. You can contact them through their Facebook page, their website (both listed in my Zihuatanejo Directory) or via their telephone numbers on my Telephone Tip & Useful Numbers page.
