When we had a house in Zihua, we had several different people manage it, over the years. The guy that did the best job Was Pedro Moreno, who speaks excellent English. He has 3 little kids, one of whom is sick and needs regular medical care in Morelia. Pedro urgently needs another job to finance the girl's medical treatment and household expenses. I am sorry to hear this. Pedro is such a wonderful person.
I've hired him for a full day trip in July when I bring a friend down with me.
I sent him a message, but do you know of anything they might need? Maybe I could bring something down with me.
