Does anyone have any news on how the offshore fishing is at the moment?

If you prefer offshore adventures, May is the best month to come to Zihuatanejo. Billfish are in a frenzy during this month, and Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi Mahi aren’t far behind.

15-20 miles out right now but can be hit or miss, that’s fishing I suppose!

Each month in that link sounds much better than the reality!!

How was it?

Itching to go again, but we'll see when I can fit it in!

I went Tuesday (28) with Ramon & son Lucas and caught one sailfish. Then released it. Water was warm.

Does anyone have any news on how the offshore fishing is at the moment?

Tuna fishing was good last week, but the run was far. There are no dorado around, unless you find the holy grail tree. Sailfish is slow. Hope this helps.
