Update on Inbursa Daily Peso Withdraw Limit

Capital One was part of it until recently, and now they are back to charging Cap One debit cards. Don't know what other banks are included.

I find your comment interesting as I have a Cap1 debit card. Could you elaborate on who 'they' and 'it' are above? It's not clear who is back to charging Cap1 debit cards.
