Hello Z'ers....Closing up the condos for the season and of course it is the rainy mildewy time of year. What is the hat trick to coming back after 4-5 months away and at least minimizing the dank, musty smells accumulating in the closed homes? Damp Rid, leave the fans on? Sachets? Baking soda? Open to all suggestions! Thanks and a great safe summer to you all

Can't help much, we don't leave. Never turn the ceiling fans off. Makes a huge difference in everything!!!

Cero Humedad in the most enclosed areas like cabinets and closets, or where moisture might seep in. Not a silver bullet but helps, and keeps the mold from growing on organic materials.
