fideicomiso Scotia bank

The person in charge at Scotia Bank sent an e-mail to update my bank trust and included with the $490.00 usd
fee for the annual cost was added an IVA = $78.40 for a total annual payment of $568.40. Yikes...because since I bought the condo in 2018 and paid two years upfront I never received my trust number and they didn't answer the phone for years so now they are responding but why the new IVA fee? Or are they really adding alate fee. The email states an IVA fee.

My property manager just paid a few and nothing was mentioned about IVA. we are going tomorrow to pay in cash.....we will see.
