Thank you for the information. I appreciate you sharing your experience. Now I have to figure out how to get this IVA charge removed from my fideicomiso acct. from Scotia bank. I really get discouraged when prices are a moving target.

I would approach it by saying that I am not willing to change my contract terms.

Any changes in terms to my contract would need to be proven.

Remember, the person that leads that office is not only a bank employee but an attorney too.
