How much to tip the condo handyman/maintenance person?

We are staying in a lovely condo on Playa Madera. The complex has a wonderful maintenance person who has gone above and beyond for us.

We'd like to leave a generous tip for him when we leave. Suggestion for an amount? We've been here for 2 weeks.
