Missing my Sunday night treat

One of my favourite things to do when visiting Zihua is scarfing down a fantastic deep fried quesadilla on Sunday Eve by the basketball court.
2nd year running, sadly, they've not been there.
Curious if anyone knows why.. too dangerous to have the much photographed giant vat of boiling hot oil? Did they open a restaurant (????????).
