How would you rate it's effectiveness, 1- 10 on arthritic and tendon pain?

It works well for us, somewhat activity dependent though.

VOLTAREN is wonderful for muscle pain, inflammation.
In Mexico you can buy prescription strength cream (2.32%) over the counter. I always stock up when I'm in Zihuatanejo.

I was originally prescribed Voltaren when I had pain due to cervical spine problems.
