Seeking Email Address Hotel Villa Mexicana

Hello,
I am trying to find a working email address for Hotel Villa Mexicana since early December. We have a reservation in 2 weeks and I have a couple of questions.
I have been given 4 different addresses:
ruvacaciones1@villamexicana.mx, recepciones1@villamexicana.mx, vtasmexhotels@prodigy.net.mx (These all come back "Delivery Failure" invalid address)
The website says to use: gerenciaventas@villamexicana.mx, (This one comes back with a delivery failure message that says the mailbox is full)
Someone suggested contacting Hotel Irma because they are owned by the same people and that maybe they would get me a correct address. I sent an email to: Villamexicana1-irma@hotmail.com but got no response.
Can anyone help ?

Good day C. Long time no see. Though it's been years since I've tried, my experience is that you cannot contact them via email. Maybe phone, or just ask when you get there.

I tried calling, but the person working did not speak or understand English. She gave the phone to someone who spoke broken English, but I don't think he understood what I was asking. I will send you an email message about our trip and why I have questions.

She is going to forward my message to Villa Mexicana.
