Take it to one of the Telcel offices, either in Ixtapa across from the Barceló or in Zihuatanejo on Calle Nicolás Bravo #21 between Vicente Guerrero and Benito Juárez streets. They have qualified technicians who have always taken good care of our needs.

Go see Hector Molina. 2 stores away from Waldos. He always has been able to fix my phone.

My question is different, but similar.
I think I need a replacement for the USB-C port on my iPad Pro. Today it wouldn’t recognize an SSD drive that my phone recognizes with the same cable, then it wouldn’t charge using a different cable and charger.
Im guessing that the Telcel peo0le might ge reluctant to work on a non-phone.
The other suggestion in this thread was “Hector Molina. 2 stores away from Waldos” (I assume the Waldo’s on Antonia Nava).
I'd check in with Ciudad PC. They are in centro and have a great website.
