Ground Chicken

Does anyone know where to buy ground chicken in Zihautanejo?
Any help would be appreciated

Honestly, don't think we have ever seen it here. Grind your own.

In the market, they have the little machine to make "carne molida," which is mincemeat in most butchers

It can be "res," which is beef or "puerco," pork, or mixed.

I've asked for them to do it with "pollo," chicken, and they did.
