We enjoyed a bright, crisp and cool (for us) morning this Tuesday. No haze of any sort allowed an incredible visibility. A charter captain friend who was out at the segunda línea looking for tuna said he could clearly see mountains that hadn't been visible for some time due to haze in the atmosphere. It was a perfect day weather-wise from any perspective. Sunshine, blue skies, nice breeze, warm temperatures, calm seas.

The downtown beach was mostly empty today, though I did see a few visitors enjoying the beach and the extremely calm water.

The downtown waterfront restaurants were mostly quite full this evening, full of visitors from north of the border smiling and enjoying themselves and our excellent local fare. Don't forget to pay for a few songs from the local musicians Los Hermanos Morelos who can be found wandering along the downtown waterfront in the evenings.

Whales are here, and the local captains say they see them every day along our coast. It's a perfect time to go sightseeing along our coast, maybe snorkel at Playa Manzanillo, Los Morros de Potosí or Isla Ixtapa. Take advantage of our perfect weather and calm waters.

Una increíblemente hermosa luna llena nos sorprendió anoche al llegar al muelle municipal de Zihuatanejo donde se pudo apreciar Playa Principal, Playa La Madera y la sierra extendiéndose hacia el oriente.
