Check out Vinatería La Cava at the curve where the main drag Bonito Juarez changes into Paseo de la Boquita and follows the canal. They have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages.

I haven't seen boxed wine there or anywhere here.

We have found boxed wine most everywhere. If we don't see it, we just ask one of the staff stocking the booze if any is available. They will usually run and get some for us. Sorry to hear that the outlet near where you live Rob is closed
That store used to be our go to spot. We would sit at Barracruda, have some beer and wine and a burger from the hamburger guy and get a box or two of vino blanco to go.
