Amuleto closed?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to go to Amuleto, and I find on their website a message saying:
Dear guests and friends, it is time to say goodbye to Amuleto hotel and restaurant.

It is been a wonderful journey, and we’ll be forever grateful for the wonderful memories and beautiful friends we’ve made along the way.

Thank you all for giving your love to Amuleto, and for sharing great moments with us.

Bon voyage!

Anybody know what happened? That was a favorite!
