Trip report, 3/19 - 3/28. Mostly Troncones

Thanks so much for this report, Curly! Your prior trip reports (along with Roberto's) were the impetus for our first trip to Zihua in 2006. I read them many times and learned lots. We met an acquaintance at the airport on that first trip who told us he was building a home in Troncones and encouraged us to visit there. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make a return trip until 2017 and we split it between Zihua and Troncones. I totally agree with your assessment that you "found your new happy place"! That was my feeling as well and we have been back 5 times since then!
