Is it true that the roof of Bandidos restaurant collapsed and it is closed
I don't know about the roof, but since tonight is their last night before closing indefinitely I doubt it has fallen or they would already be closed. It's likely closing just for the slow season, though it may also be changing hands.

Look more carefully. The multi-level roof is still quite intact in the photo except for a few missing tiles to the right above the sign where it looks like they're stacked up on the opposite slope of the roof. I suspect they'll try to save, clean and reuse as many roof tiles or tejas as possible.
