"Too high to climb. Too narrow to squeeze through. And now, at the President's direction, it will be painted black – so hot to the touch that criminal illegal aliens won’t even try," Noem said in a post on X.

She probably thinks that if they paint it black, people won’t be able to see it at night. After bumping into the invisible wall a few times they will accept that God is on America’s side, then turn around and return from wherever they came.
