Your concern about boat waste being dumped in the bay is real.

Liberty, a sail boat, was anchored across the bay from you with a full time liveaboard for several years until it sunk last year. The boat was not moved for at least 3 years, so obviously all of the waste went into the bay.

Very concerning.
