registering Cellular phones

i had the same issue. I got the cellphone number in Mexico City years ago. I always paid one year in advance. Two years ago after having the phone number for 10 years ago, i had the same dilemna. There was no correcting it. I got a new phone number, this year the same thing. So i switched to a Canadian phone number.
