Public swimming pool in Zihua

I swim regularly in Olympic sized in Canada. The pool in our complex had not been maintained well with black algae on the walls when we arrived in October, so I have not been in the pool until recently when they finally cleaned it up.

Is this public pool maintained and sanitized safely for swimming. Anyone experience any issues?

Upon returning, hope to be able to use this facility.

Our public, low cost admission olympic size pool is gorgeous, but cold. It is under a roof structure so the sun never hits it. We have a lap pool that we keep beautifully maintained, but unless conditions interfere, we ocean swim,

Definitely. We built our 15 meter pool so we could have one at home. When we upgraded from misc. brands of goggles to Speedos we took our 11+ pair, some new, some used to the facility and donated them and checked out the pool. It was beautiful and as cold as we had heard in the past. Go with ocean swimming!!
