We actually had two centimeters of rain last night!!! Fabulous

So. what is the scoop with the bus parking lot by Plaza Kyoto? We went out for comida yesterday and the parking lot had "more than we can count" meaning 15+. When we returned, there were just a handful and they were making them leave. This morning, the entrance had been dug our so nothing could enter.

What is the story??? I actually thought of purchasing the lo,t putting in bathrooms and charging for parking, but decided that it would be too much work.

Anyone know the REAL story???
