Dermatologist in Zihua

Looking for a recommendation on a dermatologist in Zihua who is competent in diagnosing skin cancer and sun caused skin damage. I am aware there are two listed on this board but would like to hear from someone who has been a patient.

Some english proficiency would help but not absolutely necessary.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hugo Alarcón for around 15 years or so. He's always taken good care of me. I never tried to speak English with him, but most doctors speak some English.

We've both been to Dr. Alarcón many times - he's our go-to guy, but we have never tried to speak English with him (although I believe he does speak English).
