Soleaido Restaurant in Ixtapa

Is the Soleaido restaurant across the street from the hotels in Ixtapa open this season?

That's good news! We loved this place on a previous trip and can't wait to go back in March. How about Los Bigotes de Zapata (sp?) behind Scruples? We enjoyed a wonderful meal there, as well.

Our two favorite restaurants in Ixtapa,with Toscanos being the third.I am so glad to know that Caroline,the best restauranteuress I have ever encountered,has come back again to reopen Soleiado.Everyone in Ixtapa adores her and her restaurant.

is there any chance of seeing menus for these places?

Soleiado;continental food,gazpacho,onion soup,carpaccio,pastas,,Caesar salad,fish,lobster,steak,great sauses,great desserts. Los Bigotes;Totilla soup,enchiladas,fajitas,tacos including Pasteur.

Los Bigotes is indeed open again. Also one of my favorite restaurants. Good food and great service by the owner, Martin, and his staff. Can't wait to have dinner there upon our arrival tomorrow.

Don't miss out on the wonderful breakfasts here. Melt in your mouth pancakes, good coffee, excellent homemade jams for toast, etc.
