Restaurant review- EL MEDITERRANEO

Good Bye Capricho's Bar and Grill....Hello El Mediterraneo.
After several recommendations we decided to see what the raves were all about at this new restaurant near the church on Cinco de Mayo. It has a front dining area near the street noise and TV - - or a open air courtyard dining area in back that is quiet and very well done.

I had what everyone said I HAD to try, the Seared Sesame-crusted Tuna

....and yep, nothing short or fantabulous. Our other seafood pasta dish had a rating of A+ as well. And I recommend the Margarita here, something I rarely do at restaurants.
Prices are mostly in the $100-150 range. Service was fast and friendly.

ZIHUATANEJO- A QUAINT LITTLE DRINKING VILLAGE WITH A FISHING PROBLEM.

Hardly a NEW restaurant! Just a new location. Have been enjoying their seafood pasta for years and have friends who can eat their calamari every night. And they have always served great wine. Good to see them get some well deserved attention.

Man! Now THAT'S my kind of review!

That friggin' tuna wants to come right out of my screen! Looks delicioso!
