I agree Tess about your post....Aside the dates of the carnival,I have no issue with the event itselfalthough some better planning and site organisation would not hurt. But the idea behind the carnival is sound as it is an occasion for the locals to celebrate and whatever tourism business you make is a bonus but if properly planned and advertised I have no doubt it could be an asset for Zihua.
